Terms and Conditions

  • Seashore Lighting, Inc. warranties its fixtures to be free from manufacturing defect for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This includes deterioration due to corrosion from external elements. This warranty is void if fixture is not installed according to the specific fixture instructions, has been modified, or is used in a non-standard application. Should a fixture need to be submitted for return, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required from Seashore Lighting. The repair or replacement of the fixture is at Seashore Lighting's discretion. Any labor needed to remove or re-install the fixture is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not covered in this warranty. Copper and brass patina naturally. Seashore Lighting will not make any representation as to the rate or extent of this natural process. While this legalese is a requirement to protect the manufacturer in the above-mentioned instances, any customer concerns are of great regard to Seashore Lighting. We realize the value of keeping a satisfied customer.
  • Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. However, every effort to notify industry professionals of any changes is made. Always contact our local sales representatives to reconfirm current pricing and specifications.
  • We accept MasterCard,Visa, Discover and American Express charge cards. All initial purchase orders must be in writing via fax, mail, or email. All initial non-credit card orders must be prepaid with check or money order, we do not accept C.O.D. payments. Terms may be established for subsequent orders.
  • Standard shipping is via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii.  Shipping to Canada is done through USPS Global Express.  Other shipping methods available upon request. All shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned fixtures/merchandise that were erroneously ordered will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and charged for the UPS shipping fees to the customer as well as the cost to return the merchandise to our wharehouse.
